Customer Reviews
Good quality, fast shipping
I ordered a Beef Summer Sausage and some Wisconsin Cheddar. The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was straightforward. It shipped out quickly and arrived in 3 days, well-packaged with ice packs, which was important for the cheese. Both items tasted fresh. The summer sausage had a good, rich flavor and the cheddar was sharp, just how I like it. I was happy with the overall quality and speed of delivery.
Solid brats, delivery could be quicker
I bought the Traditional Brats and a block of Pepper Jack Cheese. The brats were tasty and grilled up nicely, definitely good quality meat. The cheese was also fresh and had a decent kick. My only slight complaint was the shipping time; it took 5 days to reach me in Arizona, which felt a bit long for perishables, even with the good packaging. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about tracking, so that was a plus. Good value for what you get, but maybe plan ahead if you need it by a specific date.
Consistently good bacon
This was my third order from Helds, mostly for their Thick Cut Bacon. I've tried other places, but their bacon is always solid. This time I also added some Garlic Snack Sticks. The bacon was as good as ever, thick slices and great flavor, cooked up perfectly. The snack sticks were a nice addition, not too greasy. I appreciate that the quality is always consistent, never had an issue with any order. It's why I keep coming back for more, even though shipping can add up. They really do a good job with their smoked products.

Quick question about discounts. I signed up for the newsletter, but didn't see an immediate discount code. Does that come later, or did I miss something?
Hey, thinking about ordering some summer sausage and cheese for a party, but kinda worried about shipping to Florida in this heat. Anyone know how they pack the perishables?
